I WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER!

PLEASE CHECK OFF AS MANY OF THE FOLLOWING AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER FOR . We are hoping there are enough volunteers to job share so no one has to work for more than an hour or so at a time.
Setting up or taking down tables and chairs
Decorating / undecorating the hall
Registration Desk - checking off names
Take Candid digital photos
Resupply the refreshment tables as needed
Answering questions at the Family Tree Tables
Gathering up empty glasses and paper plates
Pick up pop, & snacks from store (already paid for
Supervise playground activities as needed
I'd like to be on the entertainment committee
I'll do whatever you need
Driving people around
I can manage putting out the snacks as needed
Bar Tender for a shift
Help organize the photo poses
set the tables with decorations and glasses
organize the talent show
in charge of music CDs and sound system
