Accommodations
A limited number of standard hotel rooms at discounted group rates have been booked at two hotels close to the Pleasantview Community Hall and within easy access to other Edmonton Attractions. These rooms have either two queen beds in each or 1 King and a pull out.
The rooms are booked for three nights - Friday July 31, Saturday August 1, and Sunday August 2 inclusive.
If you prefer a different kind of room than the standard rooms we booked, or if you are coming earlier or staying later than the three nights, the hotels will extend the discount rate provided the arrangements are made before June 15th. The sooner the better.
Please note: we have to have a minimum of 10 rooms booked at each location in order to get the discount rate.

Standard Queen Bedroom - 1 bed
Typically Best Western, the rooms are of a decent size, spotless, and very comfortable. Service in the hotel is excellent and the restaurant food is really good. Business Class floor and theme suites (check them out!) are equipped with king-size beds.
We have a block of standard bedrooms booked - some with one and some with two beds. Some guestrooms have private flowered terraces with patio furniture (May - Oct). Inquire when you book.
